8:00 – 8:30 a.m: having breakfast at hotel 9:00 – 9:15 am: Our bus and guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new high way to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way 12:00 pm: Arriving Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing. Our Cruises will take you on an over 5 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat. 1:45 pm: Arriving Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalagtiles with different shaoes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discovery the beautiful lagoon. Visiting Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise. 4:30 pm: Returning to Cruises and cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck with music, enjoy great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery. 6:00 pm: Disembarking for going back on the new high way to Hanoi. 8:00 pm: Dropping off at your hotel / stay, trip ends. 9:00p.m: Arrival at Hanoi and straight to Swagat Indian Restaurent and have dinner, then walk back to hotel and relax 
6:30 – 7:00 a.m: having breakfast at hotel 7:00 – 7:30: Our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start 110km modern Bus-journey through verdant landscape of countryside. Short-brake en route. 10:45: Visiting Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple dating back to the 17th Century. 12:00: Enjoying the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines. 13:30: Leaving for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountains are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle. Embarking on a traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave, and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple… 15:30: Arriving Mua Cave and we start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain to watch the spectacular rice valley with a specious view of nature. 17:15: Returning to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi 19:30: Dropping you off at Swagat Indian Restaurant Hanoi and have dinner, after that walk back to hotel and have your leisure time (You can walk down to Hanoi Old Quarter and enjoy the evening activities here) 
7:00 a.m – 10:30 a.m: having breakfast at hotel and have your leisure time. 12:00 p.m: check-out. Free time for shopping then our representative and driver will pick you up and transfer to the airport as per the flight timing before 4 hours. Lunch at Indian Restaurent As per flight timings flight to Da Nang at own cost - airport and pick up pvt to go to the hotel ( Please Book Afternoon Flight After 12:00 Pm ) Check inn to hotel 17:30-18:00 : pick-up and go to Hoi An ancient town Unesco Heritage sight Lighting city walking tour sic Without guide 09:00 : have dinner in Indian Restaurant walking near to hotel 
7:30 a.m: having breakfast at hotel 8:00 am pick-up time and go to the Ba Na Hills tour SIC with all activities : Transfer to Ba Na and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden, Golden Bridge… Buffet lunch at restaurant on Ba Na. Afternoon: Free time for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, the death race, dinosaur park… (each game ticket by your own cost). Return to Danang city along the Red Beach Bay 8:00 pm: have dinner walking near by hotel and leisure time

Hotels do not confirm the booking without payments, hence your hotel is confirmed only when you make the full payment. Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed. Guests are requested to check the reviews, pictures and hotels websites before confirmation and advise any Change before booking. Hotels Permit only 03 people in a room (children below 03 yrs are complimentary) For an extra Adult /Child extra mattress shall be provided. Children above 03 yrs shall be charged full. The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability. The check out time of the hotel is 8:00am, stay beyond the check out time is purely at the discretion of the hotels.(There may be time gap between check out and ferry timing in Havelock, Neil Island, guests are advised to leave their luggage in the hotel and venture out for some optional activity till the ferry timing)For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest. Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions. (e.g.:- Spa, Bar, water sports etc.) are to be settled directly at the hotel or with the concerned Vendor. Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of advance payment. In case the same is not available, then a similar category hotel will be provided. Hotel once finalized cannot be changed. Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without Changing the total member of nights in each destination and without compromising any services. Ferry timing are subject to change at the governments discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in the tour owning to delay in reporting to the ferry point, climatic conditions or any such events beyond our control .Although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you will commensurate back up options, cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest. It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children and infant (below 02 yrs)along with other travel documents. Child without Address proof shall be considered for an Adult cost.
You can make reservations with us by advising us your acceptance of the tour & Travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on confirmed basis only on receipt of 50 Percent advance payment. The remaining payment must be made on the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before commencement of the tour will violate the terms and payment is to be made in favour of the following Account. Once Advance booking amount transferred, give us transfer slip copy by what’s app or email.
During Peak travel seasons(From 15th December - 15th January) the following strict Cancellation terms apply:
100% Cancellation Charge will be applicable for all bookings Cancelled within this timeframe NO REFUND or RESCHEDULING is allowed due to the high demand for accommodations, Ferry services and tour arrangements during this period.
Regardless of the cause for cancellation, the preceding regulations are applicable to all visitors and reservations.
After the cancellation date, refunds (if any) will be handled within 21 business days.
Refunds will be given using the original payment method, which may be a bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI transaction.
During the refund procedure, the visitor bears the responsibility for any transaction costs or bank fees.
Asmitha Tour & Travels will offer rescheduling possibilities rather than refunds in the case of government-imposed limitations on travel, contingent to availability.
