On arrival at Agatti airport, our representative will receive and escort you to the Hotel. Welcome drinks will be provided on your arrival at the hotel check-in as per your booking. Lunch will be served at 12.30 PM, take a rest for one hour, By 2.30 PM will go for reef snorkeling with well experienced water sport team from White pearl resort. Return to resort 4.30 to 5.00 PM. Tea will be provided and after that you can relax in the creamy sand for a couple of hours in front of the hotel. Dinner will be served at 8.30 PM, Overnight stay at Agatti. 
Early morning after breakfast around 9 am proceeds to Thinnakara Island, beautiful uninhabited islands, Tinnakara islands, in a single atoll, lying in the northern side of Agatti. Tour by a private boat from Agatti 45 minutes Journey. Trip provides beautiful sandy beaches and swimming with turtles, snorkeling in blue shallow water. After that boat will move to ship wreck snorkelling and then Sand banks near Bangaram Island . After 5:30 pm boat moves to Agatti Hotel, relax in room, dinner will be served at 8:30 pm. Please note movement of the boat to Thinnakara depends on high tide and low tide of sea level. Overnight stay at Agatti. 
After Morning breakfast around 9 AM enjoy the Glass bottom boating in lagoon for 1 hour. And enjoy the water sports activities like Banana ride. Kayak, Snorkeling and other water sports activities are available on extra payment. Lunch will be served from 12:30 to 2.00 PM. After 4:30 pm proceed to Kalpitti Island or turtle watch, a small islet in the southern tip of Agatti, which offer swimming and turtle watch, The journey by a small boat in shallow water, sightseeing in the island by walk, after sightseeing Kalpitti Island return to Agatti around 6:30 pm. overnight stay at Agatti. 
This is the final day at Agatti, Morning after breakfast proceeds for finishing departure formalities and proceeds to Airport, for return journey to Kochi by Air India. (Please read the carefully before confirmation)
Hotels do not confirm the booking without payments, hence your hotel is confirmed only when you make the full payment. Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed. Guests are requested to check the reviews, pictures and hotels websites before confirmation and advise any Change before booking. Hotels Permit only 03 people in a room (children below 03 yrs are complimentary) For an extra Adult /Child extra mattress shall be provided. Children above 03 yrs shall be charged full. The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability. The check out time of the hotel is 8:00am, stay beyond the check out time is purely at the discretion of the hotels.(There may be time gap between check out and ferry timing in Havelock, Neil Island, guests are advised to leave their luggage in the hotel and venture out for some optional activity till the ferry timing)For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest. Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions. (e.g.:- Spa, Bar, water sports etc.) are to be settled directly at the hotel or with the concerned Vendor. Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of advance payment. In case the same is not available, then a similar category hotel will be provided. Hotel once finalized cannot be changed. Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without Changing the total member of nights in each destination and without compromising any services. Ferry timing are subject to change at the governments discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in the tour owning to delay in reporting to the ferry point, climatic conditions or any such events beyond our control .Although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you will commensurate back up options, cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest. It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children and infant (below 02 yrs)along with other travel documents. Child without Address proof shall be considered for an Adult cost.
You can make reservations with us by advising us your acceptance of the tour & Travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on confirmed basis only on receipt of 50 Percent advance payment. The remaining payment must be made on the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before commencement of the tour will violate the terms and payment is to be made in favour of the following Account. Once Advance booking amount transferred, give us transfer slip copy by what’s app or email.
During Peak travel seasons(From 15th December - 15th January) the following strict Cancellation terms apply:
100% Cancellation Charge will be applicable for all bookings Cancelled within this timeframe NO REFUND or RESCHEDULING is allowed due to the high demand for accommodations, Ferry services and tour arrangements during this period.
Regardless of the cause for cancellation, the preceding regulations are applicable to all visitors and reservations.
After the cancellation date, refunds (if any) will be handled within 21 business days.
Refunds will be given using the original payment method, which may be a bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI transaction.
During the refund procedure, the visitor bears the responsibility for any transaction costs or bank fees.
Asmitha Tour & Travels will offer rescheduling possibilities rather than refunds in the case of government-imposed limitations on travel, contingent to availability.
